People online say Huawei’s boss Ren Zhengfei and his family suddenly vanished.
A van left his house at 1 a.m. toward the sea. Police were filmed outside Huawei.
Nobody has proved it. Huawei has said nothing. The government has said nothing.
Here is the only part that matters, in plain words:
In China, if a story is fake, they usually ignore it. They don’t waste time.
If a story is true, they will suddenly publish lots of articles saying “this is a rumor, don’t spread it.”
So don’t argue about the van.
Just watch.
• No flood of “it’s fake” articles → it is really fake, not worth their time.
• Suddenly every official page is “dispelling the rumor” → that story hit a nerve and this haven’t happened yet.
That’s the whole thing.
Count the denials.
