A student post accuses Teacher Development Center Director Peng Na of punishing nearly 800 students by making them stand and squat in a downpour.

Girls on their period and students who were already unwell were still pulled outside. Some dry-heaved from the cold and discomfort; classmates who tried to support them were shouted at.

After 10–20 minutes of scolding they were finally sent back to the dorms — soaked, shivering, clothes and shoes ruined. When one class’s instructor allowed umbrellas, the director ordered them shut and reportedly yelled: “Are you princesses? So delicate!”

The school’s later explanation to parents: the students hadn’t trained well enough, so they had to stand in the rain.

The poster asks what happens to the students left physically unwell and mentally shaken, and demands an explanation from the school and Guangzhou Education Bureau.
