The system detects you’re a “registered national staff member” and immediately blocks you. You must bring a formal consent letter stamped by your work unit and apply in person at the local Exit-Entry office.
New State Council rules (effective 15 Sept 2026) also expand exit bans and allow border control measures to be imposed without even telling the person.
The door is being locked from the inside.
