Would Anthropic and OAI and Google be more or less competitive if they suddenly had access to fewer NVIDIA chips? Under this logic Jensen is implying they would be more competitive because this would only create more pressure for them to innovate more “extremely smart algorithms.”

Also how is he going back and forth from saying they aren’t really at all limited in compute (China could easily train and run Mythos strength models) and because they are compute constrained there is more incentive to innovate.
