The deficit is also nearly DOUBLE the 3% level needed to stabilize the national debt as a percentage of GDP.
CBO projects deficits will average ~5.8% of GDP over the next decade.
In this case, the US national debt will easily hit $60 TRILLION from the current record of $39 trillion.
The US is running crisis-level deficits.
