International audiences may then believe that "Uyghurs themselves” are denying abuse when, in fact, there has been documented mass arbitrary detention, forced labor, coercive surveillance, and a systematic erasure of Uyghur culture in Xinjiang.

This is not traditional propaganda, it is identity extraction at scale—turning human appearance into a strategic asset.
