Chinese heavily subsidize any export products to put foriegn competition out of business. Once they drive the competition out of business they then raise the prices. No matter what the farmers always get paid the same no matter what the market demands. Its unfair trade practice.

This is why the US has been slapping tarriffs on china cause of this exact behavior. They signed a agreement in the 1990s not to do this and they do not honor it at all. Between this and stealing tech they are trash for partners.
