Here's the notes from the interview, coming later, with @markjeffrey.

The notes are incredible.

I use @DescriptApp to edit my videos. It makes a transcript (that's how you edit videos inside of it, by cutting words or copying and pasting).

I copied the transcript into ChatGPT and Grok and Grok did way, way better.
