FEMA has already shipped over 11.5 million meals and 12.6 million liters of water to aid response efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. We have over 5,600 federal personnel on the ground.
This week, @POTUS also directed the Department of Defense to move up to 1,000 soldiers to support the delivery of food, water, and other essentials to impacted communities as quickly as possible.
Our nation is grateful for their dedication and service.
