My thoughts on the FT article:

It would be more accurate to say Russia is carrying them out, not preparing.

The disabling of undersea cables, arson attacks on factories of defense companies that supply Ukraine with weapons - all this is the work of Russian agents. They operate under different masks: far-left, far-right, Islamists. But they get their tasks from the Kremlin.

It is especially important for Europe to realize this danger on the eve of the Olympics in France and the FIFA World Cup in Germany.

Putin is a terrorist and a maniac. It is very likely that he will try to carry out a terrorist attack in Europe to divert attention from Ukraine and take revenge on Europeans.
