From July 1 this year, your electronic devices (#phone, #computer, etc.) can be inspected by the CCP's law enforcement officers when you visit China, according to two new laws, the Provisions on Administrative Law Enforcement Procedures for State Security Organs and the Provisions on Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by State Security Organs, passed by the CCP's Ministry of State Security (MSS) on April 26.
