11月25日，广东，两名小伙当街用电击器电击一名路过的黑人，另外两人骑车在旁拍摄，四人后骑车逃离现场。

附近的居民监控显示，爆炸瞬间伴随巨大的冲击声，震波直接将窗玻璃震得粉碎。

亳州卢天庙小学附近的多名居民表示，家中都遭受了强烈的爆炸冲击，门窗震碎、物品毁损，还有居民的监控录下了爆炸的火光。

最新情况：消防处相关人员表示，由于现场风力较大，火势暂未能得到控制。且由于火灾现场温度非常高，救援人员仍未能顺利进入个别大厦进行灭火救援，目前灭火救援行动仍在进行中。目前，火警登记柜位暂录200人以上失联。
