Recently, at a T&T Supermarket in Ottawa, a customer claims that he was forcibly removed by on-site management for carrying a personal accessory featuring images of Chinese and American leaders. We seek clarification on whether the supermarket’s parent company has an explicit policy prohibiting customers from displaying politically themed imagery, or if this was an excessive action driven by the manager’s personal ideological stance.
