«We cannot take responsibility for what happens on the territory of the Russian Federation. They are in charge of your security, and therefore we will not provide any guarantees. Because we don’t know what Russia might do on those dates. It may carry out, let’s say, various actions on its own side — arson, explosions, and so on — and then blame us. Ukraine certainly bears no responsibility for what is happening in Russia today. That’s a fact.»
