I had a primary residence in NY from 2007-2024 when I left active duty.

Then, my primary residence CHANGED TO DC this past year when I became EPA Administrator.

The process was completed precisely by the book, notifying my mortgage companies, insurance company and local government of the CHANGE TO MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE.
