China, Cambodia and Thailand held an informal trilateral meeting in Shanghai.
Cambodia and Thailand reaffirmed to China that they will abide by the ceasefire agreement, and expressed their appreciation for the positive role China has played to date in calming down the situation.
It is China’s latest diplomatic effort to facilitate the implementation of the ceasefire and create conditions for quickly restoring peace and stability along the Cambodia-Thailand border.
