Within all the political noise, Tesla has been making some pretty giant moves.

Tesla FSD appears to be almost/best performing self-driving suite in China from the get with minimal training data. This means Tesla's FSD will likely be the best solution - by far - in a few short months in the region. Super impressive stuff.

China is a very tech-forward country and the largest auto market in the world. They are also adopting EVs at a very fast rate - nearly 50% of all new cars in China will be EVs/hybrids. They will likely be near 80% by the end of the decade.

This bodes extremely well for Tesla's long-term prospects in the region, especially as they gear up to release a cheaper vehicle, which will further increase sales - likely by quite a bit. That entire fleet will be monetized using FSD, which will create massive recurring revenue for the company.

This is on top of releasing Robotaxi in Austin starting in June and expanding in the coming months and years. Tesla's recurring revenue is about to shoot up.

Trump is proposing making interest on car loans tax deductible if manufacturing is based in the US for the vehicle. This will benefit Tesla quite a bit since their entire fleet is made in America for American customers, giving them an edge against competitors. This is on top of the EV tax credit that already exists since the Biden administration.

Finally, Tesla looks like it's about to enter the India market, which is one of the countries with the biggest potentially for growth. India has the largest population in the world, but very poor transportation infrastructure as compared to places like China and the US.

The country has a ton of initiatives to modernize infrastructure, which will help automakers sell in the market. This will take multiple decades, but Tesla with a cheaper vehicle + FSD will have a unique advantage, as they will be one of the first companies solving for self-driving in the region.
