One was that if you ask it "What is your surname?" it doesn't have one so it searches the internet leading to undesirable results, such as when its searches picked up a viral meme

Sometimes I tell it exactly what to code, but it will go off on a tangent and implement something else.
Not sure if the problem is systemic or maybe from memory pollution in Chat.
Grok 4 does not suffer from this issue.
