Delhi’s High Court recently labeled 99% of NGOs as “fraud” and “money-making devices.”

In Europe, the Qatargate scandal exposed NGOs at the center of international bribery.

Even in the U.S., nonprofits have been caught inflating impact reports to rake in donations.

Now, USAID has been terminated for mismanaging billions in taxpayer funds, putting an end to the era of many corrupt nonprofit organizations.

Part of the issue for China going forward is that residential property valuations are based on speculative demand and low liquidity.
