我有朋友在两个月前去打一剂预防针，收到超过1600美元的账单，原以为是保险公司Cover，因为诊所提供服务之前都核对过保险公司资料，也未告知个人应该承担部分或全部费用，当然也未告知收费标准。
收到账单后吓一跳，问询诊所，说是保险公司拒绝支付，这个预防针属于自费范围。
朋友咨询我怎么处理。我当时给的意见是，这件事诊所和保险公司明显有责任，如果保险不cover，他们应该在提供服务前告知，而不是事后给一个天价账单。
双方拉扯一直拖到现在，朋友拒绝付款，让诊所与保险公司沟通。
刚才朋友接到诊所电话说，这笔费用保险公司终于同意支付了，应付余额为零。
不知道枪杀CEO与朋友的戏剧性遭遇有没有联系，天价账单真的很让人措手不及。
