North Korea can do this under an agreement similar to the military alliance signed in the summer.

What we already know: The DPRK has already sent troops to Ukraine. In limited numbers to monitor the use of weapons.
As a reminder: a few days ago there were the first North Korean deaths in Ukraine - the proof is there.

And Europe? Is more afraid of an escalation every day and is not even sending trainers to Ukraine.
But Europe is sending 50-60 year old tanks and a handful of aircraft.
