8月27日央视报道，中国空军出动两架直升机在吉隆口岸泥石流灾害现场上空展开搜索。对比央视航拍画面和吉隆口岸2025年7月影像资料，可见吉隆河谷沿岸道路和建筑几乎完全消失，只剩下海关大楼主体建筑依稀可辨。出海关到尼泊尔方向的跨河大桥已被冲毁，只残留部分桥墩。

8月26日，西藏吉隆口岸泥石流现场视频显示，山谷内泥水裹挟大量碎石快速下泄。视频前段尚能清楚看到谷底建筑、道路及遍地乱石，约30秒后，上游突然涌来更猛烈的褐色洪流，巨大的泥浪迅速翻过在建的水坝，涌入谷底，扬起大量水雾和尘土。

8月27日，吉隆口岸泥石流灾害现场最新航拍画面显示，整个口岸已被摧毁，口岸原有建筑几乎全被泥石流冲毁或掩埋。

“演”的不错 8月26日，西藏吉隆口岸发生严重泥石流灾害，造成重大人员伤亡。讽刺的是，就在灾害发生前21天，吉隆融媒体中心曾报道，吉隆县于8月5日在吉隆口岸海关大楼前的空地上，组织开展冰湖溃决地质灾害应急实战演练。
