生活在欧洲，更了解美国
ICE 不是警察，也没有普遍警察权。
他们的权限来自联邦移民法，只针对移民身份相关的人，以及与跨境有关的货物。
这位推友生活在欧洲，比大多数美国华人更了解美国，生活在加拿大的我也一样。
