Here's the deepfake video aired by Russia's NTV. Danilov appears to say to Ukrainain TV: "Is it fun in Moscow today? I think it's a lot of fun. I would like to believe that we will arrange such fun for them more often."
However, Danilov has never said this. The video is fake.

Having a rank in the system is always better. Here an off duty cop wears her uniform outer court with “Police” on it when waiting for the traffic wardens even though it is a small traffic dispute. Abuse of power comes without accountability and the abuser is very smug about it.
