As of September 2023, half of Russians expect prices to rise after the elections in 2024, and a third expect life to worsen, - data from a social survey conducted by New Image Marketing Group on behalf of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future @future_ui.

🔹68% of Russians believe that their country is moving in the right direction and only 20% believe that Russia is heading in the wrong direction. The rest found it difficult to answer.

🔹36% of respondents believe that Russia has already achieved the goals of the SMO, and 51% are sure of the opposite.

🔹65% of Russians would support Putin's decision to end the war even tomorrow. The largest percentage of supporters to end the war is among young people (18 to 34 years old) - 80%.

🔹The decision to end the SMO and withdraw troops from the entire territory of Ukraine, including Crimea, is not supported by 57% of respondents. The least support among those who are 60 and older - 16%.

🔹Only 25% of Russians believe that there should be a new president. 45% of respondents will vote for the candidate that Putin himself points to (if he decides to leave).

🔹24% see Mishustin as a president, and 9% see Moscow Mayor Sobyanin in the presidential chair. None of the opposition (Navalny, Khodorkovsky, Ponomarev) gains even 5%.

🔹52% of respondents support the new wave of mobilization. Almost as large a proportion (54%) believe that it is inevitable.

The top three people Russians do not trust are Navalny (66%), Central Bank head Nabiullina (54%), and Medvedev (52%).

🔹49% of respondents believe that Russia will face price increases in the near future. 34% are sure of a deterioration in living standards, and 17% - in the closure of borders.
