We buy $150B per year from Vietnam.

President Xi Jinping arrived in Hanoi at noon local time today. He was met at the airport by Vietnam President Luong Cuong - a special privileged welcome showing that Hanoi places great importance on the visit. When Russia’s Putin visited VN last year he was met by a DPM.
