【Number Go Up】这本书详细描述了FTX从崛起到倒闭的全过程，其中FTT token的流动性问题是导致FTX交易所崩溃的核心因素之一。这一问题源于FTT供应的高度集中性，FTX和Alameda Research控制了约90%的FTT代币供应，其中FTX单独持有约80%（约2.8亿枚）。大部分代币被锁定在一个3年的归属合约中，唯一受益人是Alameda控制的钱包。这种集中的供应结构导致FTT的市场流通量极其有限，使得Alameda难以在公开市场上大规模出售FTT代币而不引起价格剧烈波动。因此，Alameda获取FTT流动性的主要方式可能包括场外交易（OTC）出售、为FTT市场提供流动性赚取收益，以及以FTT为抵押品借贷。然而，这种做法在FTT价格下跌时会带来巨大风险，可能触发清算并进一步加剧价格下跌。当2022年11月Binance宣布计划出售其持有的FTT时，引发了大规模提款潮，FTX在短时间内面临约50亿美元的提款请求，最终导致流动性枯竭和破产。这一事件充分暴露了FTT token脆弱的流动性结构，在市场信心动摇时迅速崩溃，成为FTX倒闭的主要原因之一。
