The average interest rate on a 30-Year mortgage just hit a fresh 52-week high of 7.6%.
This is now a FULL percentage point above the highest average mortgage rate in the 2008 financial crisis.
The 10-Year Note Yield is up an incredible 20 basis points in less than 24 hours.
It seems like 8% mortgages are coming quickly.
